The Federation  Of Uganda Football Association President Eng. Moses Hasim Magogo  has credited the Uganda Sports Press Association over the good working relationship and partnership in developing
football and other sports disciplines.

This was revealed last Friday at a press conference with sports journalists and media personalities
at the Imperial Royal Hotel in Kampala. The meeting was organized to strengthen the sports partnership and trust in promoting football.
The meeting had lots of discussions on promoting football in this country including governance, finance and infrastructural developments.

FUFA authorities including FUFA Deputy President Darius Mugoye, CEO Edgar Watson, Deputy CEO Humphrey Madu, Minister Nakiwala Kiyingi engaged the media and delivered several reports on foot ball in this country.

And one of the discussion areas was, promoting the game and aspiring stakeholders confidence. Eng Magogo said “the media has great role in promoting the game”. He added that the game is getting more valuable and economical unlike the previous years.

He thanked whoever has put a milestone in promoting football in this
country including the Buganda Kingdom that organizes the Masaza Cup
and others.

He thanked the media for being watch dogs  to football development and business. And one of the most disturbing discussions rotated on Why Uganda always appoints foreign coaches to train the National team?.
