Three police officers including two  senior detectives have gone on record after pinning  down city business man  Ivan Jenus Katongole over the brutal killing of several women in Entebbe and Wakiso regions.

The trio including James Maiko Joseph Ediandu and Amina Balungi on Wednesday pinned down city businessman before High court Judge Wilson Kwesiga over the brutal killing of several women in the greater Buganda region where over twenty women were murdered and killed in a gruesome manner.

Three persons were committed to the high court after prosecution lawyer informed the presiding magistrate Mastullah Mulondo in May 2017 that investigations into the matter were completed.

It’s alleged that on the 24th, July, 2017 at Kitara LC 1 zone in Katabi town council, Ivan Katongole, Andrew Kizito, Hellen Nabagala and others at large unlawfully killed Rose Nakimulu and dumped the body in the bush

The  husband to the deceased  told court that he last saw his wife  on the night of July 22, 2017, before leaving for his second home at Kawafu -Kabaale Parish -Wakiso district.

Anatoli Ndyabagenyi was shocked the next morning to hear that his wife was found stabbed and body dumped in a cassava garden, a few meters from her residence.

The husband of the deceased whipped in court while giving his testimony before the high court judge while testifying against one Andrew Kizito whom he says owned a bar that he and the deceased used to frequent.
