Speaker of Parliament, Rt Hon Rebecca Kadaga has been awarded a honorary Doctorate of Laws by Nkumba University. This was during the University’s 22 Graduation ceremony themed “25 years of academic excellence and professionalism” held Saturday, 26 October 2019.
